The prior raw material in production  industry is Aluminum which is also foundation stone in the industry.

Its specific gravity is 2.7g/cm3 and it is 69% lighter than iron and 70% lighter than copper.Aluminum can be used at the following ares with confidence; kitchen furniture, suspended ceilings, roof, side coverings, bullet capsules, bottle lid, medicine industry package materials, automotive sector, door, window, white goods sector, illumination, all plaster, etc.

Aluminum takes appropriate properties by adding the special alloying elements to the pure aluminum. Iron, Silicon, Manganese, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper are the leading alloy making elements. For Example; while iron and manganese give strength and hardness to the aluminum, magnesium makes aluminum more impact and easy to shape effectively.

Aluminum ALLOYS defined 1000, 3000, 5000, and 8000 series codes by added alloying elements. Each alloy is produced in different mechanical properties(strength and hardness) for needed usage areas. This different mechanical properties defined as CONDITION of the alloy. “0”, H14, H16, H18 are mostly commercial used conditions of aluminum alloys.

OVVA uses material which H16/26/18 conditions of 3003 and 3105 alloys for Suspended Ceilings and most appropriate material is H18/28 conditions of 3105-3003 alloys for Side Coverings  and Roofs.

OVVA keeps 30% of market range of suspended ceiling sector in Turkey. OVVA has never made concessions about the quality of the raw material and for this reason OVVA qualified TS EN 9001-2000 certificates in ceiling sector.
